How to Use Period Panty ?
You just need to wear period panty as normal panty when menstruating , or you can wear it when you have tampons at same time as extra guard , this is up to you .
How long you need to wear period panty is determined by your flow . You can wear it longer if your flow is light , but for heavy flow it is better to change your period panty frequently that can give you good feeling , as well to prevent some odors or leaking ,so you may need to have several pieces panty to change , brands normally will give you some suggestion how many pieces you need , or you can decide by yourself .
How Long Period Panty Can Used ?
As a reusable period panty , normally it is designed to have a life at least 2 years if you use properly as per the care label for using and washing ,sometime even longer than design .
