During bra history one piece molded foam bra has been very popular some time around 2005-2007 , this was a epochmaking product which used several different technology : molding , ultrosonic cutting , welding ,encase wire etc , especailly the molding is very complicated and has high requirments on the molds . It have to consider materials that can be done molding 、ultrosonic cutting and welding , the cup construction , bra fitting and confortable at the same time , any issues will cause the bra cannot have a good performance . We known the one piece molded foam bra is a perfect bra with many advantages, it need to molded one time by molds and just need to attached strap and H&E which makes it easy to produce and have stable performance once molds approved the fitting , but the problem is the bra thickness that makes the bra is not so satisfactory and confortable , not breathable, too hot to wear in summer , easy opening at ultrasonic welding edge , washing durability , cannot fold and easy storage etc.
And for transparent silicone , normally we deploy silicone on elastic tape to add more stretching , anti slide stripe at waist or bottom ,but it is can only in simple and easy dots , lines and patterns .
But what if we use silicone as glue to bond two pieces bra cutting panels together then we can solve a lot of disadvantages of one piece molded foam bra and also get good stretching ?
We cannot image this can be workable and happened before due to technology limits even we tried a lot times, but now we have developed one piece silicone bonded soft bra by using advanced technology and automatic equipments , this bra has a lot of advantages : thin and soft , confortable, support , stretchable , breathable, easy folding and storage , good washing performance etc , this is an update generation of one piece bra which have solved all disadvantages of one piece molded foam bra !
This one piece silicone bonded soft bra is automatic produced by computer controlled machines , the most improvements is that we can deploy silicone in designed pattern as our pictures shown above as an example or any other designes you want, that means it can be in any pattern , lines , dots , plane , shape etc , at the same time we can also adjust the thickness of silicone to get different functions at any place if you want , like you want to get a steady support with little stretching at some place then we can deploy thicker silicone , other places we can deploy normal thickness silicone .

Currently it is the initial stage for the lingerie to use silicone bonding , it has the same functions like Bemis film glue or other film glue but it is more flexible in thikcness , patterns and shapes etc as well the high productivity as this is automatic produce , we are still working on this to develop more prodcuts to solve some potential problems like how to get enough support for G/H/I cup , how to add plastic wire / metal wire etc .
Silicone bonding technology we are applying on the bra first , later we will apply on the shapewear , sportswear etc , we believe this technology can make shapewear ,sportswear much more functional and confortable than normal sewing products .
